With the SpeedBox Tracker, your expensive Bosch e-bike can be found very quickly in the event of theft.

The tracker is installed in the engine compartment and is therefore not visible to thieves. It is charged by the e-bike battery. In addition, an integrated backup battery ensures that the tracker can continue to send position data even when the e-bike is switched off!

Thanks to the ‘Safety Lock’ function, you will immediately receive a message & text message on your smartphone as soon as your e-bike is moved. This allows you to act quickly.

A major advantage of the SpeedBox tracker is its extremely compact design - the device is 25 % smaller than competitor products with an integrated battery. This makes the tracker very easy to install without the need for any modifications.

The advantages at a glance

-Location tracking: You can see where your bike is at any time via the SpeedBox Tracker smartphone app. If the bike is moving, the location data is recorded approx. every 3 seconds if there is good network coverage (mobile phone data); the tracker then sends the data to the server every 30 seconds. IoT networks are used that cover the whole of Europe (currently with the exception of Poland). Every movement can be tracked directly on your mobile phone.

When tracking your location, the map can be centred on the last position of the tracker. By monitoring the movement, the position of the e-bike can be precisely determined at any time.

-Long battery life thanks to extended power supply: The SpeedBox tracker is powered by the e-bike battery. An integrated backup battery ensures that the tracker continues to function even when the e-bike is switched off. When the battery is low, you will receive a message on your mobile phone. If the tracker is not moved, it switches to energy-saving or sleep mode with very low power consumption.

With continuous movement, the estimated battery life of the backup battery is up to 3 days, in standby mode even up to 3 months.

-Safety Lock via app: You receive a notification & text message on your smartphone as soon as the e-bike is moved. If you have locked the tracker in the SpeedBox app, you will immediately receive a notification on your mobile phone if your bike is tampered with. By the way: The motor lock is activated 1 minute after switching on in the app to avoid false alarms caused by movement of the bike shortly after activation.

-Daily status check: The tracker sends daily location information and battery status to the server (provided the required conditions are met).

-Transport mode: With the optional transport mode, you can switch off tracking and route recording when your e-bike is being transported.

-Invisible protection: The device is installed in the engine compartment and is then invisible from the outside.

-Prices: When you buy the SpeedBox Tracker, you get a one-year subscription to the services free of charge. The year starts as soon as the tracker connects to the server for the first time. Before the subscription expires, you will receive an e-mail notification with instructions on how to renew the subscription. The price for 1 year is then only 25 euros incl. VAT.

-Multiple trackers can be tracked: The app can be used to track multiple trackers at the same time if you have several e-bikes.

Once you have downloaded the app and connected your smartphone to the e-bike (or tracker), you can view various data, e.g. the current location or battery status. The connection between the tracker and the app is done wirelessly using Bluetooth technology.

Simple installation

As the tracker is very compact, it is easy to install. Nevertheless, when installing it, make sure that there is enough space in the frame or around the motor of the e-bike so that the tracker can be positioned in such a way that neither the motor cover nor access to the control unit is hindered.

Tip: You can also use the tracker if you have already installed a SpeedBox tuning module on your e-bike!
