Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. To do this, it is best to register with MeinEinkauf/EbikeTuningShop before you register.

Info on processing:

1. Simply register at MeinEinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

2. With the personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address you can now create a customer account in our online shop.

3. place your order in our shop using your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

4. Please use only the following as your shipping AND billing address:

MeinEinkauf GmbH Maybachstraße 19 D-78467 Konstanz, Germany

In addition to the address to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method.

5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.

At the same time, the MeinEinkauf.ch team remains informed about the status of your order in order to send it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.

You can check the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt at www.meineinkauf.ch under "My orders".

6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our EBikeTuningShop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch with your goods.

Important: Returns must be registered via MeinEinkauf.ch, otherwise we cannot accept them.
