Flyon TQ E-Bike Tuning – Unleashing Maximum Power

The Haibike Flyon TQ drive system, introduced in 2019, delivers an incredible torque of up to 120 Nm, making it one of the most powerful mid-drive e-bike motors ever developed. Its patented pinring gear design allows for massive power in a compact, lightweight package.

Most Flyon components are developed by Haibike itself, but the motor core comes from TQ Systems – a renowned German technology supplier. Together, they created a drive that truly lives up to its name: with Flyon, you "fly" over the trails.

Currently, tuning solutions for the Flyon TQ system are based on hardware modules that remove the 25 km/h (15.5 mph) speed restriction. These modules are no longer listed here but remain available through our international store:
