Panasonic E-Bike Tuning – Efficient, Premium, Restricted

Panasonic e-bike drive systems are widely used in high-quality trekking, city, and SUV-style e-bikes from brands like KTM, Flyer, and Simplon. Known for their quiet operation, strong torque, and energy efficiency, these mid-drive motors are a favorite among commuters and tourers alike.

Popular series include the GX Ultimate, GX Power, GX Force, Multi Speed Assist, and Next Generation drive units. Many newer Panasonic-powered bikes also rely on the FIT system (FIT 1.0 / FIT 2.0) for display and connectivity integration, making them even more closed to third-party tuning tools.

Currently, only hardware-based tuning modules are available for select Panasonic systems. These modules are plug & play, installed near the motor or sensor, and remove the 25 km/h (15.5 mph) speed limitation – but they’re no longer listed here.
