The SpeedBox 3.0 not only removes the 25 km/h speed limit, you can even set the level of maximum support to an individual value. The display will continue to show all data correctly. You can conveniently control all relevant functions of the SpeedBox chip via the control buttons on the e-bike display.
In contrast to the normal SpeedBox 3.0, this "B.Tuning" version is also compatible with the practical SpeedBox app, which means that you can benefit from numerous additional options - e.g. monitoring & saving ride data, activating the motor lock, etc.
The advantages of the SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning Module at a glance:

-Maximum speed individually adjustable: The maximum speed can be adjusted by switching the mode three levels down and then three levels up (- - - + + +) - the current speed limit is then displayed (2.0 km/h corresponds to 20 km/h, 3.5 km/h corresponds to 35 km/h, etc.). To change the maximum speed, briefly press the light button or turn the rear wheel 360°. After 5 seconds of inactivity, the last displayed speed limit is saved.
-Correct values in the display: Even when tuning is activated, the e-bike display continues to show correct data, e.g. top speed, average speed, range, etc.
-Tuning can be switched on and off: You can activate or deactivate the tuning at any time using the control buttons on your e-bike. After pressing the light button or the combination ↑↓↑↓ (alternatively + - + - on e-bikes without a classic control panel), the display briefly shows 99 km/h - this signals that the tuning has been activated and the speed limit has been lifted. Pressing the light button again deactivates the tuning and the max. speed ends again at 25 km/h (to confirm this, the display briefly shows a value of 25 km/h). Now the e-bike works again as if no tuning chip had been installed.
-The SpeedBox 3.0 does not need its own battery.
SpeedBox App
This version ("B.Tuning") of the SpeedBox 3.0 Tuning Module can be connected to the SpeedBox App via Bluetooth. This is ideal if you want to monitor your performance precisely. This means, for example, that you can view various riding parameters and data on your smartphone, save individual rides and compare them with friends, etc.

Note: You can control all relevant functions of the SpeedBox module without the app (switch tuning on and off / set maximum speed etc.). However, the SpeedBox app is a very practical accessory that considerably expands the range of functions of your tuning module.
Installation
SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning is a module or chip that you must connect to the motor. To do this, you must gain access to the corresponding connectors on the motor, e.g. you may have to remove the motor cover (before doing this, you must switch off the e-bike and, if possible, remove the battery). Disconnect the connectors on the cable from the motor to the speed sensor and from the motor to the display. Connect the SpeedBox to the disconnected connectors (the module has coloured connectors with a key for correct connection). Reassemble the e-bike, reinsert the battery and switch on the e-bike. Now you can switch on the tuning via the control buttons of your e-bike (see above).
Of course, you can restore the original state by removing the module at any time.
Important: If you want to install the SpeedBox 3.0 in a brand new Yamaha e-bike, you must first ride the bike for at least 1 km before starting the chip for the first time.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
