Das Polini Hi-Speed ist ein Tuning Modul für E Bikes mit Yamaha PW Antrieb. Das Tool verdoppelt die maximale Motorunterstützung von 25 auf 50 km/h. Die große Besonderheit an diesem Tool ist, dass es sich ganz einfach aktivieren / deaktivieren lässt, indem man einen Magneten außen am Motor anbringt oder wieder entfernt.
Der Einbau des Moduls im Inneren des Motorschutzgehäuses ist sehr einfach, da dessen Stecker direkt auf die Originalstecker passen. Der eigentliche Installationsvorgang ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. Irgendwelche Einstellungen müssen nicht vorgenommen werden, das Polini Hi-Speed Modul ist selbstregulierend. Dank Eigenversorgung kommt das Modul sogar ohne eigene Batterie aus.
Selbstverständlich kann das Modul jederzeit entfernt und das E Bike wieder in den Originalzustand versetzt werden.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Wenn das Polini Hi-Speed Tuning Tool aktiviert ist, zeigt das E Bike Display nur noch die Hälfte des realen Tempos und der gefahrenen Kilometer an. Um die tatsächliche Geschwindigkeit zu ermitteln, verdoppeln Sie einfach den angezeigten Wert.
Polini Einbauanleitung für Yamaha PW Motoren:
Zuerst müssen Sie das Polini Modul und den schwarzen Sensor auf das Doppelklebeband legen und dessen Ränder maßgerecht zurechtschneiden. Kleben Sie die so erhaltenen Doppelklebebänder auf das Tuning Modul und auf den Sensor (Foto 1).
Entfernen Sie das Kunststoffgehäuse des Yamaha PW Motors (Fotos 2 – 3 – 4).
Drehen Sie die Schraube A komplett heraus und ziehen Sie sie ab. Die Schraube B muss nur gelockert werden, nicht abziehen (Foto 5).
Positionieren Sie das Polini Modul mit dem Doppelklebeband im Inneren des Kunststoffgehäuses wie dargestellt in Foto 6.
Kleben Sie den schwarzen Sensor mit dem Doppelklebeband auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kunststoffgehäuses fest (Foto 7).
Trennen Sie den Konnektor des Radsensors und stecken Sie den Stecker des Polini Moduls ein. Positionieren Sie die Verkabelung möglichst geordnet und schließen Sie alles wieder.
Um das Polini Tuning Modul zu aktivieren, legen Sie einfach den mitgelieferten Magneten auf den schwarzen Sensor. Wenn Sie das Tuning wieder deaktivieren möchten, muss der Magnet einfach wieder entfernt werden.
Beachten Sie bitte:
- Wenn Sie das Armaturenbrett an ist und sich der Magnet am Sensor befindet, wird bei eingeschaltetem Tuning für kurze Zeit ein Tempo zwischen 9 und 12 km/h angezeigt. Aktivierung und Deaktivierung funktionieren übrigens auch ohne Ein- und Ausschalten des Yamaha E Bikes.
- Aufgrund von Begrenzungen durch die montierten Gänge kann es sein, dass manche E Bikes die maximale Geschwindigkeit von 50 km/h nicht erreichen können.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
