SpeedBox 2.2 for Giant (RideControl Go)
A second generation tuning chip compatible with most new Giant 2022 e-bikes, e.g. Syncdrive Pro, Reign and Trance 2022 (see below for exact compatibility).
The 25 km/h speed limit is completely removed, so you can ride with unlimited motor support. You benefit from correct values in the e-bike display, even with active tuning.
The tuning can be switched on and off as desired with the WALK button on the e-bike display: Simply press WALK / WALK UP and the display briefly shows 9.9 km/h. Now the speed limit is lifted and you can ride much faster with full motor assistance. Speeds of up to 45 km/h can be achieved.
To cancel the tuning, simply press WALK / WALK UP again. Now the tuning chip is deactivated and the maximum speed ends again at 25 km/h, as usual. To confirm this, the display briefly shows 2.5 km/h. The Giant e-bike will then function normally again, as if no chip had been installed.
By the way: If you have a Giant e-bike without a classic control panel with WALK / WALK UP, you can alternatively activate or deactivate the SpeedBox with the key combination + - + -.
Installation
The SpeedBox 2.2 is a tuning chip or module that must be connected directly to the plug connections at the engine (plug connector at the cable from the engine to the speed sensor and from the engine to the display). The installation can also be done by yourself. The SpeedBox is equipped with coloured plugs with a key for correct connection. The Tuning Chip can be removed at any time if you want to return the e-bike to its original condition.
Important note: If you want to install the SpeedBox 2.2 Tuning Chip in a brand new Giant e-bike, you must first ride the bike for at least 1 km before starting the chip for the first time.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.

Legally permissible use is therefore only possible on private property or - if permitted - in competitions.
