The JUM-Ped is a revolutionary tuning tool for e-bikes with Bosch Gen1 motors and Intuvia Display. This tuning device is extremely easy to use. The most important function of the JUM-Ped is of course the "Vmax override" - i.e. it unlocks the 25 km/h speed limit so that you can ride much faster with full motor support! Of course, the tuning can be reversed at any time and the e-bike returned to its original state. Operating the JUM-Ped on the e-bike is absolutely uncomplicated and done within a few minutes.
A great advantage of the JUM-Ped is that the values in the e-bike display continue to be displayed correctly even in the tuned state (e.g. speed travelled, kilometres covered, average speed,...). Unthrottling the speed limit with the help of the JUM-Ped has no influence on the other functions of the e-bike.
It is also interesting to note that, in addition to Vmax unblocking, the JUM-Ped can be used to make other modifications to Bosch Classic Line e-bikes:
- Activate or deactivate bike light.
- Display optionally in kilometres or miles.
- Wheel circumference readout and precise adjustment (between 500 and 4000mm).
- Activate or deactivate starting aid (only with Intuvia display).
- Change the gear ratio.
- Select display language: German, English, Dutch, Danish, French, Italian & Spanish (only with Intuvia display).
Conclusion: With the JUM-Ped you can not only make your e-bike faster, but also adapt it to your personal needs.
JUM-Ped installation & procedure
Tuning with the JUM-Ped is quick and easy. There is no time-consuming assembly work and no technical knowledge is required. Battery and/or motor do not have to be removed. Simply proceed as follows:
Switch off the Intuvia display of your e-bike and remove it.
Connect the display to the connector of the JUM-Ped.
Then connect the JUM-Ped to the handlebar mount using the connector.
Switch on the Intuvia display.
Now you can remove the limitation of the motor support and optionally make further modifications. Use the 4 control buttons and the 2x8 character display of the JUM-Ped.
Switch off the Intuvia display when the programming process is finished.
Remove the JUM-Ped connectors from the handlebar mount.
Remove the connectors from the HMI or Intuvia display.
Put the Intuvia display back on the handlebar mount.
All changes made will take effect when you switch your e-bike off and then on again.
That's it - the 25 km/h lock on the maximum Bosch Classic motor assistance is lifted and you're ready to go!
Please note: The actual maximum speed achievable with motor assistance depends on the system used.
Compatibility:
The JUM-Ped can be used on all e-bikes with Bosch (Gen1) Classic Line motor and motor support up to 25 km/h. Please note that the JUM-Ped for Bosch Classic Line drives is available with 2 different connector variants, namely 1 x suitable for the HMI display and 1 x suitable for the Intuvia display.
Very important:
The JUM-Ped is limited to 1 motor from the Bosch (Gen1) Classic Line series. Once you have connected the JUM-Ped to this drive, the JUM-Ped is irreversibly linked to this motor until you disconnect it. You can then connect it to another Bosch (Gen1) Classic motor. Of course, you can make changes to the coupled motor as often as you like, but you can only use the Tuning Tool consecutively on different Bosch Classic (Gen1) e-bikes with the same plug. The product cannot be exchanged once the seal on the packaging has been opened and the product has been connected to the motor.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
