Polini für Panasonic Mittelmotoren mit 36V

Diese Variante des Polini Hi-Speed Moduls verschiebt die Höhe des Motorsupports von E Bikes mit 36 V Panasonic Mittelmotor von 25 km/h auf 50 km/h.
Da die Stecker des Moduls direkt an die Originalstecker passen, ist der Einbau absolut unkompliziert und dauert nur wenige Minuten. Das Tuning Tool wird direkt im Motorschutzgehäuse angebracht, so dass es von außen nicht sichtbar ist. Irgendwelche Einstellungen müssen nicht vorgenommen werden, das Modul ist selbstregulierend. Eine Extra-Batterie ist ebenfalls nicht erforderlich. Sie können das Modul jederzeit rückstandslos entfernen und das E Bike wieder in den Originalzustand zurückversetzen.
Die Besonderheit am Polini Tuning Tool ist, dass es sich ganz einfach aktivieren lässt, indem man einen kleinen Magneten außen am Motorgehäuse anbringt. Durch simples Entfernen des Magneten kann das Tuning jederzeit wieder deaktiviert werden.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Wenn das Polini Hi-Speed Modul aktiviert wurde, zeigt das Display nur noch die Hälfte der realen Geschwindigkeit und des Kilometerstands an. Um das echte Tempo zu erhalten, verdoppeln Sie einfach den angezeigten Wert.
Polini Einbauanleitung für Panasonic 36 V Mittelmotoren
- Legen Sie das Polini Modul und den schwarzen Sensor auf das Doppelklebeband. Danach die Ränder maßgerecht zuschneiden. Ist dies erledigt, kleben Sie die so erhaltenen Doppelklebebänder am Modul und am Sensor fest (Foto 1).
- Schrauben Sie den Kunststoffkettenschutz ab und entfernen Sie ihn (Foto 10).
- Positionieren Sie das Polini Modul mit dem Doppelklebeband wie dargestellt in Foto 11.
- Kleben Sie den schwarzen Sensor mit Hilfe des Doppelklebebands auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite fest (Foto 12).
- Ziehen Sie das rote Kabel aus dem großen weißen Konnektor. Trennen Sie den Konnektor nicht, so dass die nächste Verbindung erleichtert wird (Foto 13).
- Trennen Sie den Konnektor des Radsensors und stecken Sie das Polini Modul ein. Verbinden Sie das rote Kabel (siehe Bild 13) und isolieren Sie es mit einem (Wärme-) Schrumpfschlauch. Platzieren Sie die Kabel korrekt und verschließen Sie alles wieder (Foto 14).
- Wenn Sie das Polini Tuning Modul aktivieren möchten, brauchen Sie einfach nur den mitgelieferten Magneten auf den schwarzen Sensor zu legen. Um das Modul zu deaktivieren, entfernen Sie den Magneten einfach wieder.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.

The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
