With this third-generation tuning chip, the 25 km/h speed limit is not just lifted; you can even set the top speed to a desired value. In addition, real values are now shown on the display - even when the tuning is activated.
You can control the chip comfortably via the control buttons of your e-bike, you don't need a PC or smartphone for this.
Advantages of the SpeedBox 3.2 at a glance
-25 km/h speed limit is completely eliminated.
-Maximum speed can be set individually: You can set the maximum supported speed by switching the mode down three levels and then up three levels again. Afterwards, the current speed limit is displayed. You can now set the maximum speed by briefly pressing the LIGHT button or turning the rear wheel 360°. The last speed limit displayed will be saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.
-Correct values in the e-bike display: Even when tuning is activated, the e-bike display shows correct values, e.g. maximum and average speed, range, daily distance, etc.
-Tuning can be switched on and off: You can easily activate / deactivate the tuning via the control buttons on the e-bike display. Switch on the tuning by pressing the LIGHT button or + - + -. The display will then briefly show 99 km/h to indicate that the tuning has been switched on and the speed limit has been lifted. Press the LIGHT button again to turn the tuning off. A short display of 25 km/h then signals that the tuning has been cancelled and the maximum assisted speed ends again at 25 km/h, just as usual. This means that your e-bike will function as if no tuning chip had been installed.
-The SpeedBox 3.2 chip does not require its own battery.
Installation
The SpeedBox 3.2 is a module or chip that must be connected directly to the motor. Thanks to colour-coded connectors, you can also manage the installation yourself. Use the following illustrations as a guide when connecting the module:
Of course, you can uninstall the SpeedBox chip at any time if you want to restore the original condition of your e-bike.
Important notes:
-If you install the SpeedBox 3.2 in a brand new Bafang e-bike, you must first ride the bike for at least 1 km before switching on the SpeedBox for the first time.
-If you want to update the software of your e-bike, you must first uninstall the SpeedBox from the e-bike. Update the software and then reinstall the SpeedBox.
SpeedBox 3.2 for Bafang M200 / M410 / M500 / M510 - Compatibility
This tuning tool is compatible with e-bikes with Bafang Max Drive M200, M410, M500 and M510 drives with 8 pins on the speed sensor (Bafang M200, M410, M500 and M510 motors are always equipped with 8 pin connectors):

IMPORTANT: The SpeedBox 3.2 for Bafang is compatible with motors with the CAN protocol, but NOT with motors with the UART protocol. The CAN or UART protocol can be distinguished by the shape of the connectors.
The first step is to disconnect the display connector of your e-bike. The shape of the connector will tell you whether your e-bike uses UART or CAN communication.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
