A comprehensive tuning solution for e-bikes with Specialized 2.0 / 2.0 E / 2.1 / 2.2 motors. The PearTune MSO 4.0 has even more functions than the previous models: For example, the 25 km/h speed limit is not simply removed ("MSO" = "Max Speed Off"), you can even set the maximum speed to a desired value. As with the previous models, the PearTune MSO 4.0 still shows the correct speed on the e-bike display - even when tuning is switched on.

An original new function is the "chip lock" - with this feature, the tuning can be made "invisible" if necessary using the control buttons on the e-bike. This means that when the chip lock is switched on, both the e-bike and the display function completely normal - just as if no tuning tool had been installed at all. Unlocking again is only possible via a specific key combination; the tuning can then be used as usual again.

By the way, the PearTune tuning tools are modules that have to be connected directly to the motor (more precisely, between the motor and the display and between the motor and the magnetic speed sensor). Thanks to the use of original connectors and the "Plug & Play" principle, installation is uncomplicated

-Removal of the 25 km/h speed limit.

-Maximum speed individually adjustable: The maximum supported speed can be individually adjusted with the + and - control buttons, conveniently in 1 km/h steps.

-E-bike display shows correct speed (no halved values), even when tuning is activated.

-Chip lock ("Lock the Chip" feature): If the chip lock is activated via the bike's control buttons, the tuning chip is locked on the software side so that the tuning becomes virtually invisible. Outsiders can then no longer see that a tuning module has been installed. This means that both the e-bike and the display work normally and the tuning can no longer be switched on. Unlocking is only possible with a certain key combination. Only then the tuning can be used again.

-Chip activation: The tuning chip can be activated or deactivated at any time by pressing the WALK button or by pressing the + and - buttons twice quickly (or by long pressing the "+" button on the 2.0E VADO). If you activate or deactivate the tuning, a short confirmation appears on the display.

-Switching between Normal and Still On version possible. For e-bikes without the control buttons needed to switch on or off, you can switch from the NORMAL to the STILL ON version - in this case, the tuning chip is always ON as soon as you switch on the e-bike.

-Tuning status when switching on: You can set whether the tuning should be ON or OFF when the e-bike is switched on.

-Chip reset: If you want to connect the PearTune chip to another e-bike or replace the speed sensor, you can perform a chip reset. This allows the factory settings to be restored or the chip settings to be retained.

-Adding the correct kilometres travelled: When tuning is activated, the actual distance driven is no longer displayed while driving. Now you can set how the missing kilometres are to be recalculated or added - for example, only when stopping, or also as a supplement while driving and stopping, etc.

-No extra battery required, as the PearTune MSO 4.0 is powered via the display plug.

-Plug & Play: No complex configuration necessary.

-Easy installation thanks to the use of original connectors.

-Compact and light: The module is very small, so that it can be easily installed. It also weighs just 12g.
