PearTune MSO 3.0 Tuning for Bafang M200, M300, M400 and M420 with UART
With this tuning tool, the 25 km/h speed limit of your Bafang M200, M300, M400 & M420 e-bike can be completely switched off. So you can finally decide for yourself how fast you ride, and there is no more annoying speed limit.
Please note that the e-bike display will only show half of the real values when tuning is active (halved speed etc.).
Tuning can be switched on and off
Even while riding, you can easily switch the tuning on and off using the light button on your Bafang e-bike. When switching on, a short "9.9" display shows that the tuning has been activated (no more speed limit). If you switch the tuning off again, a short display of the value "2.5" confirms that the speed limit ends at 25 km/h again. The original function of the control buttons remains unchanged.
Installation
PearTune MSO is a tuning module that has to be connected to the e-bike drive by means of compatible original connectors (between magnetic speed sensor / speedometer and motor unit as well as between display and motor unit). After installation, the module configures itself; you do not have to carry out any complicated set-up.
To connect the PearTune module, you have to remove the plastic cover of the motor unit for a short time.
As the power is supplied via the display power supply, the PearTune module does not need its own battery.
Important notes:
If you want to install the PearTune MSO module in a brand new Bafang e-bike, you must first ride the bike for at least 1 km before installing the tuning tool.
If you ride above 25 km/h with motor assistance for a longer period of time, some data on the display may no longer be shown correctly immediately. However, after you have ridden a certain amount of time below 25 km/h or without motor assistance, these values will be displayed correctly again.
After a long ride at high speed, we recommend not to switch off the e-bike immediately. It is best to wait until the e-bike switches itself off automatically - or to leave the bike switched on after finishing the ride until a value of 0.0 km/h is displayed.
Please note:
The version offered here is the "normal" version of the PearTune 3.0 tuning module, where you can switch the tuning on and off via the control buttons of the e-bike. If you would like to order the module in the "Still ON" version, where the tuning is always active as soon as you switch on the e-bike, please contact our customer service (team@ebiketuningshop.com). The Still ON version is interesting for owners of Bafang e-bikes without the required control buttons.

Tip:
If you have a Bafang M200, M300, M400 or M20 e-bike with CAN bus (4 pin speed sensor on the motor), you need the::
“PearTune MSO 4.0 Tuning for Bafang M200, M300, M400 & M420 with CAN Bus”.
By the way, the display is identical in both cases - no matter whether the Bafang e-bike is equipped with CAN bus or UART.
Note: The Bafang M420 drive is usually equipped with CAN bus, whereas the Bafang M300 and M400 drives are usually equipped with UART. However, this is not always the case.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.

Legally permissible use is therefore only possible on private property or - if permitted - in competitions.
