Magnetic smartphone case
The VACUUM phone case is a special smartphone case that is compatible with the holders ("bases") of the FIDLOCK VACUUM system.
With this ingenious system, you can easily attach your smartphone to the handlebars of your e-bike or bicycle. The FIDLOCK VACUUM smartphone holder is based on an innovative combination of magnets and suction cup elements that create a vacuum. The holder is very reliable and has the advantage that the mobile phone can be easily attached, removed or rotated 360° with one hand - even while riding. The smartphone case is equipped with a ball catch that prevents the mobile phone from turning unintentionally while driving. A recessed geometry, in turn, prevents the smartphone from accidentally slipping off.
Smartphone holders for the handlebar have never been as user-friendly as the FIDLOCK VACUUM system.
Important: In order to be able to use this system, you need the corresponding holder ("base") in addition to the "VACUUM phone case" (smartphone case). For example, the magnetic "VACUUM handlebar base" (LINK), which is used to attach the smartphone (in the case) to the handlebar. The handlebar base itself can be easily attached to the handlebar of the e-bike / bicycle using clamps or cable ties.
By the way, the slim VACUUM phone case not only serves to attach the smartphone to the holder ("base"), it also has a protective function - both on and off the holder. The case has been specially equipped with a shock-resistant TPU border, and soft material on the inside protects the sensitive back of the mobile phone. The recessed ball catch and geometry are not only useful, they also look decorative and enhance the simple, elegant design.

How does the FIDLOCK VACUUM system work?
Fidlock Vacuum is an innovative smartphone mount based on a unique combination of suction cup element and magnets. The system consists of a special smartphone case ("VACUUM case") and a holder ("VACUUM base"), which must be attached to the handlebars of the bicycle or e-bike. The connection between the two elements is made very easy via a magnetic guide. However, the connection is not only based on pure magnetic force, but also on the suction power of a suction cup, which creates a vacuum. The smartphone is correctly centred by means of magnetic force. As a result, the mount can withstand even high loads, such as those experienced on bumpy trails.
With this ingenious system, attaching the smartphone to the bike / e-bike is definitely easier than ever before - thanks to magnetic force, you just have to let the phone snap into the holder on the handlebar. But the smartphone is not only easy and quick to attach, it can also be removed just as easily. All you have to do is press a lever on the side of the VACUUM base.
Another advantage of this system is that the smartphone can easily be rotated 360° in the holder so that you can switch from portrait to landscape format at any time. A ball catch prevents the phone from twisting by itself on bumpy trails. Thanks to the groundbreaking FIDLOCK VACUUM system, attaching, removing and rotating the mobile phone can be done easily with one hand - even while riding.
The FIDLOCK VACUUM system is probably the most user-friendly smartphone mount for bikes and e-bikes currently available on the market.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.

At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
