Ein Tuning Tool für Shimano STEPS E6000 & E8000 E Bikes. Polini HI-Speed verdoppelt die Höhe der maximalen Motorunterstützung von 25 km/h auf doppelt so schnelle 50 km/h. Dabei wird die Motorleistung voll ausgenutzt.

Der Einbau dieses Tuning Tools ist sehr einfach, da die Stecker des Tools direkt an die Originalanschlüsse des E Bikes passen. Das Polini HI-Speed konfiguriert sich komplett selbst, Sie brauchen also keinerlei Einstellungen vorzunehmen.

Wichtig: Nach dem Einbau ist das Tool immer aktiviert, es kann nicht mehr deaktiviert werden. Natürlich können Sie die originalen Fahreigenschaften Ihres E Bikes wiederherstellen, indem Sie das HI-Speed Modul wieder ausbauen und den Originalradsensor wieder anschließen. Polini HI-Speed benötigt keine Extra-Batterie.

Beachten Sie bitte: Bei aktivem Tuning wird Ihr E Bike Tachometer nur noch die Hälfte der tatsächlichen Geschwindigkeit und Kilometer anzeigen. Um die realen Werte zu erhalten, müssen Sie die dargestellten Werte einfach nur verdoppeln.

Hinweis: Das Polini HI-Speed verlangsamt den Betrieb des E Bike Displays während den ersten Nutzungsmetern.

E6000:

Abb. 1: Entfernen Sie die Tretkurbel und den Kronen-Halter mit Hilfe des Shimano Werkzeugs TL-FC38.

Abb. 2: Lösen Sie die Schrauben und entfernen Sie das Plastikgehäuse.

Abb. 3: Nun müssen Sie das Kabel des Geschwindigkeitssensors trennen.

Abb. 4: Reinigen Sie die innere Oberfläche des Gehäuses, damit der Klebstoff besser haftet. Kleben Sie dann den Sensor an das Gehäuse.

Abb. 5: Verbinden Sie das Kabel A am Radsensor mit dem Motor. Stecken Sie den Schrumpfschlauch über das Kabel B und verbinden Sie dieses mit dem Radsensor. ACHTUNG: Verbinden Sie Kabel B möglichst vorsichtig und sorgsam – achten Sie darauf, den Innenkonnektor nicht zu beschädigen.

Abb. 6: Schrumpfen Sie den Schrumpfschlauch auf das Kabel B. Schließen Sie das Plastikgehäuse wieder und montieren Sie Krone und Tretkurbel wieder an.

E8000 (ohne elektrische Schaltung):

Abb. 8: Nehmen Sie das Plastikgehäuse ab und trennen Sie das Kabel des Radsensors.

Abb. 9: Verbinden Sie das Kabel A am Radsensor mit dem Motor, ziehen Sie den Schrumpfschlauch auf das Kabel B und verbinden Sie dieses mit dem Radsensor.

Abb. 10: Schrumpfen Sie den Schrumpfschlauch über das Kabel B.

Abb. 11: Entfernen Sie die kleine Gummiauflage hinter dem Batteriestecker.

Abb. 12: Kleben Sie beidseitiges Klebeband auf das HI-Speed Modul.

Abb. 13: Kleben Sie das HI-Speed in die kleine Gummiaufnahme.

Beachten Sie, dass das HI-Speed Modul nach dem Einbau immer aktiviert ist (Tuning ON) – es kann also nicht mehr deaktiviert werden.

Bei dem ersten Aktivieren des E Bikes wird auf dem Display eine Zahl zwischen 10 und 12 erscheinen – dies zeigt Ihnen, dass das POLINI HI-Speed korrekt verbunden ist.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.

Maximum order value

The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.

Payment in advance bank transfer

Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.

At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
