The sIMPLEk Stick ECOplus is a somewhat different kind of tuning: This tuning tool does not remove the 25 km/h limit of the motor support, but instead enables a significantly increased range (up to 20%)! It is therefore THE optimal tuning tool if you ever want to ride particularly long tours or simply want to avoid running out of power on the road.
How does the sIMPLEk Stick ECOplus work?
The built-in sIMPLEk ECOplus Stick causes a phased reduction of the factory-integrated speed limit of the motor assistance.
In other words, as soon as the built-in ECOplus Stick detects a constantly driven speed, the motor support is gradually switched off. When the speed drops below a certain value or a certain period of time is exceeded, the motor support is creepily switched on again. This procedure results in a significantly increased range, as more muscle power is demanded from the driver. This enables a range extension of up to 20 percent!
The 25 km/h limit for motor assistance remains completely untouched.
You can mount the sIMPLEk stick at a position of your choice on the e-bike - we recommend mounting it directly on the handlebars.
Please note that the sIMPLEk Stick ECOplus is delivered in the form of a kit that you must first assemble yourself. However, there are only 4 components, namely the circuit board, USB connector, housing and connecting cable. The assembly is quite simple, especially because the board is already equipped with the necessary SMD components when delivered. However, the USB connector must be inserted and soldered on the board - so you need a soldering iron for this. The board and the USB connector must then be inserted into the supplied housing, and the stick is ready to use.
sIMPLEk ECOplus for Bosch - Installation
Installation in the e-bike is simple, the sIMPLEk stick ECOplus must be connected in front of the original sensor. To do this, first remove the crank and open the motor cover. Now you can pull out the plug of the speed sensor. Then the industrial plug of the supplied connection cable must be connected to the position of the previously unplugged speed sensor and the speed sensor itself must be connected to the pin connector of the connection cable. Now you only have to lay the USB connection cable with the supplied cable ties to the desired position of the sIMPLEk stick - we recommend fixing it directly to the handlebar.
To activate ECOplus mode, simply plug in the sIMPLEk stick - and you will benefit from a much longer range.
Even in ECOplus mode, you can still read the correct speed you are travelling at. Up to a speed of 30 km/h, the current speed is displayed 1:1. Above a speed of 30 km/h or when the motor assistance is disengaged, the real speed is shown via the second digit and the decimal place of the display. Here are a few examples:
17 km/h on the display = 17 km/h in reality
31.8 km/h on the display = 18 km/h in reality
33.5 km/h on the display = 35 km/h in reality
Note: To ensure that the actual speed for each wheel circumference is still displayed in the active ECOplus mode, a one-time calibration is necessary during the first use.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
