SpeedBox 1.2 for Bafang M300 & M400 (3-pin connector)
In its range of functions, this tuning tool is limited to the absolute essentials: It removes the 25 km/h speed limit of Bafang e-bikes, so that you can ride much faster with full motor support! There are no other features.
After installation, the tuning can be activated at any time using the light button on your e-bike. A short flash of the light symbol indicates that the SpeedBox has been switched on. You can deactivate the tuning by pressing the light button again.
Our tip: By attaching the special light cable for Bafang, you can use the SpeedBox and the light function of your e-bike at the same time.
Please note:
When tuning is active, your e-bike display (from a speed of approx. 23 km/h onwards) will only show half of the real speed - i.e. if a speed of 20 km/h is displayed, you are actually riding at 40 km/h, etc. Other values such as riding time will also be halved.
Installation
The SpeedBox 1.2 is a module or a chip that has to be connected directly to the motor. Thanks to the colour-coded connectors, you can also install it yourself.
-First you have to switch off your e-bike and remove the battery.
-Then you have to remove all the necessary parts of the e-bike to gain access to the connectors on the motor.
-Disconnect the connectors on the cable from the motor to the speed sensor.
-Connect the SpeedBox to the disconnected connectors.
-The remaining connectors must be connected to the connector to the light.
-Reassemble the motor or the e-bike to its original condition.
-Switch on the e-bike and activate the tuning by pressing the light button.
-Your Bafang e-bike is now tuned and you can ride much faster with full motor support!
Of course, you can uninstall the SpeedBox at any time if you want to restore your e-bike to its original condition.
Note: If you install the SpeedBox 1.2 in a brand new Bafang e-bike, you must first ride the bike for at least 1 km before switching on the SpeedBox for the first time.

-Bafang Max Drive M300
-Bafang Max Drive M400
-SpeedBox 1.2 and 1.3 (B.Tuning) modules for Bafang are compatible with both CAN and UART protocols.
Not compatible with the SpeedBox app.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
